Can a buffer fix low line capacity?
A usable buffer can absorb a limited timing mismatch under suitable product-holding conditions. It cannot compensate indefinitely for sustained insufficient average supply. Confirm the actual constraint before sizing a change.
Can you program any existing PLC?
No such capability is established by this website. Existing OEM permissions, available interfaces, controller/software versions and support ownership must be confirmed in the actual scope.
Does the workbench diagnose the bottleneck?
It organizes evidence and candidate review questions. The output is not a confirmed cause, PLC program, validated safety function or guaranteed efficiency gain.
Are the module drawings actual machine models?
They are explicitly labelled functional interface schematics. Preserved photographs are same-domain references; actual model identity, supply responsibility and rating conditions must be confirmed in the proposal.
What belongs in a first enquiry?
Contact details, the change goal and any known observed constraint. Existing models, interface drawings, target output basis, utilities and shutdown window can be supplied as the review develops.
How is acceptance different from receiving a message?
The form’s reference confirms receiving-service acceptance after its send calls succeed. It does not prove final inbox delivery, a quotation or engineering acceptance. FAT/SAT are separate project activities.
