Can I order an individual machine?
Yes. Each machine has a direct enquiry link. Include its feed and receiving arrangement when available; a complete line specification is not required for first contact.
What does a family capacity describe?
It is a model-family reference under its stated material basis. Product, preparation and operating conditions must fit the offered assembly. It is not automatically the useful output of a full line.
How do puree and juice routes differ?
Pulping retains a screened pulp. Pressing extracts juice and separates pressed solids. The wanted product determines the recovery duty and downstream treatment.
Are all machines cleaned by CIP?
No. Open brush washers and conveyors require accessible cleaning, while suitable closed product circuits can connect to CIP. Screens and rejected material need their own attention.
