Selection layout — the order and included preparation depend on the product and project scope.

  1. 01

    Prepare the incoming fruit

    Control the feed, remove unsuitable fruit and apply the selected washing method. Water and solid waste handling remain separate from the juice collection circuit. Add an inclined elevator only when the layout needs a rise to the preparation inlet; it is not required at matching transfer levels.

    Make the pressing feed

    Produce a mash suited to the belt pressing operation. Crushing conditions need to support drainage and handling, rather than simply minimize every particle.

  3. 03

    Press and separate

    The moving belt and roller path express juice while carrying solids toward their discharge. Provide belt-wash services and access to the belt return.

  4. 04

    Collect the juice

    Collect the expressed stream and stabilize supply to further processing. Any required clarification, filtration or concentration is a separate selected duty beyond this extraction boundary.

Connect the installed system

Coordinate crusher discharge, mash feed distribution and the press inlet. Keep juice collection under the pressing zone separate from the belt-wash return. Check the receiving tank level and solids-removal path before setting the production sequence.

Supply boundary

This extraction route ends at collected juice. Thermal treatment and bag packing can follow as a separately defined package, linked below. The belt press is presented from its equipment-family catalogue; a project-specific model and drawing establish the ordered machine.

Match preparation to the fruit's drainage behavior and required juice quality.

Handling

Include pressed-solids removal and belt-wash access in the floor plan.
