Brush Roller Washing Machine
An open washing bed combines parallel brush rollers with overhead water sprays.
Choose brush washing, horizontal conveying or an inclined elevator around the fruit surface, transfer height and receiving machine.
Choose by working duty

An open washing bed combines parallel brush rollers with overhead water sprays.

A belt-and-frame conveyor carries fruit between receiving, inspection and preparation machines.

An inclined belt with transverse flights raises suitable washed fruit from a lower discharge to a higher receiving point.
Brush rollers and spray water act on the fruit surface. Check skin sensitivity, soil and ripeness before choosing contact brushing; an open brush bed is a different duty from immersion washing.
A horizontal conveyor links compatible working levels. An inclined elevator provides a separately selected rise. Choose the inlet and outlet elevations before adding an elevator to the equipment list.
Keep dirty water and rejected fruit out of the product transfer. Allow room to inspect belts, clean beneath the brush bed and reach the drive after safe isolation.
Selection help
Evaluate fruit skin, surface soil, water handling and discharge geometry before selecting a brush roller washer for a preparation line.
