Inside the working arrangement
The incoming fruit is presented to the separation section, where flesh is removed from the hard stone fraction. Product and stones leave along different paths. The machine must be selected around stone shape, attachment of the flesh and fruit maturity, rather than the fruit name alone.
Connections and material paths
Set hopper access and loading height with the preceding handling equipment. Give the stone outlet its own collection space so rejects cannot obstruct the product discharge. The receiving pulper or tank should accept the actual consistency of recovered flesh.
Cleaning and maintenance access
Inspect the separation parts for wear and retained stones after isolation. Keep reject passages accessible and clean product-contact surfaces before reassembly. A damaged stone or overloaded feed can affect both equipment condition and the recovered flesh quality.
