Fruit Crushing Machine

A driven rotor reduces prepared fruit before pulping or a separately selected juice-extraction step. The opened working chamber shows the rotor and perforated outlet section.

Fruit preparation & recovery

Prepare a consistent mash

Crushing prepares a feed. It does not, by itself, separate clear juice, remove all seeds or guarantee a finished pulp texture. Stone removal should be resolved upstream where hard stones would damage the rotor or contaminate the product.

Inside the working arrangement

Fruit enters through the upper feed opening and meets the rotating working parts. Repeated contact breaks the material down; the chamber and outlet retain or discharge material according to the fitted arrangement. The resulting mash has a different handling behavior from the whole fruit entering the machine.

Connections and material paths

Match the receiving hopper to the washing or preparation discharge. Allow clearance for opening the chamber, and place the mash receiver or transfer pump below the outlet as the layout requires. Provide a distinct route for clearing and wash-down waste.

Cleaning and maintenance access

Lock out the drive before opening the chamber. Inspect working edges, fasteners and perforated surfaces for damage and retained hard material. Clean the exposed contact surfaces and check the outlet before reassembly; access clearance is part of the installed footprint.

Details that change the configuration

Is the listed throughput the finished-product output?

It is a family reference for incoming fruit. Pulp yield, rejected material and downstream stops change the finished-product rate.

Can a crusher replace a press?

No. Breaking fruit into mash and separating juice from that mash are different operations. The extraction method is selected separately.
