Two-stage Pulper and Refiner
Two cylindrical working stages with separate drives combine pulp recovery and finer screening.
Compare a two-stage pulper for screened puree with a belt press for expressed juice, then match preparation and reject handling to the wanted product.
Choose by working duty

Two cylindrical working stages with separate drives combine pulp recovery and finer screening.

A continuous belt-press family separates juice from a prepared fruit mash through progressive compression.
The pulper recovers and refines a pulp fraction through selected screens. Desired texture, fibre and coarse-reject removal guide the stage and aperture choice.
The belt press carries prepared mash through its pressing path, collecting juice separately from pressed solids. Mash drainage, belt washing and solids removal belong in the machine selection.
Incoming fruit, prepared mash and recovered product are different streams. Use their own mass or volume basis when comparing machine references and downstream demand.
