Assess the pressing feed
Describe the fruit and prepared mash. Fruit condition and preparation affect drainage and the behaviour of the pressing bed; no universal juice yield follows from selecting a belt press.
Keep three streams separate
Expressed juice, pressed solids and belt-wash water need defined collection paths. Include space to remove solids without blocking the press or contaminating juice collection.
Plan belt access
Belt washing, tracking, tensioning and inspection belong in the operating layout. Provide the water supply and drainage required by the offered configuration.
Request configuration-specific data
Ask for the selected model, belt arrangement, duty conditions and layout. The catalogue presentation alone does not establish belt width, wash-water demand or throughput.
