Inside the working arrangement
Prepared mash is distributed onto the moving belt. Drainage begins as the material travels into the pressing section, then the roller path applies progressive compression. Juice is collected below while the pressed solid fraction follows the belt toward discharge. Belt washing is a separate return-side operation.
Connections and material paths
Supply a controlled mash feed from the crusher or preparation stage. Give collected juice a suitable receiver and the pressed solids their own removal route. Belt-wash supply, drainage and cleaning access must be sized and arranged with the press, separate from the useful juice stream.
Cleaning and maintenance access
Isolate the drive before accessing belts, rollers or scrapers. Check belt condition, tracking, wash nozzles and retained material along the return. Keep juice collection and wash-water drainage separate; washing the belt surface is not validation of the downstream closed product circuit.
