Link the physical machine levels

Use a horizontal transfer where the inlet and outlet levels suit the layout. An inclined elevator requires a separately selected structure, belt retention and rise; the pictured horizontal assembly does not establish that capability.

Inside the working arrangement

The moving belt supports the product along the frame and releases it at the end transfer. The drive sets belt motion while the support and tracking arrangement keep the belt aligned. Chutes or adjoining belts determine the drop into the next machine.

Connections and material paths

Measure the receiving hopper and discharge level together. Keep transfer drops appropriate to the fruit and allow space for guards, inspection and waste collection. The next machine's ability to accept product determines when feeding must pause; a faster belt cannot remove a downstream constraint.

Cleaning and maintenance access

Isolate the drive, then remove trapped product from belt returns and transfer points. Inspect tracking, tension, drive condition and guards. Cleaning access beneath the belt and around supports must remain available after installation.

The displayed machine is horizontal. An elevation change needs a specific inclined design and feed-retention review.

What determines the useful conveying rate?

Belt width and speed interact with fruit size, loading depth, inspection activity and the receiving machine. State the material and handling conditions when defining a rate.
