Inside the working arrangement
A rotating working assembly moves the feed against a screen. The accepted pulp passes through the apertures, while the larger unwanted fraction travels toward a reject outlet. In a two-stage arrangement, the second stage refines the recovered pulp; both screening duties must fit the product, rather than simply using the smallest available screen.
Connections and material paths
Keep a controllable feed into the first stage and enough headroom to inspect its inlet. Product collection needs a tank or pump matched to the pulp viscosity, fibres and entrained air. Each reject discharge needs access and a collection path that remains clear during operation.
Cleaning and maintenance access
Remove and inspect screens at planned cleaning intervals using the machine-specific isolation and opening procedure. Check apertures, rotor clearances and product seals for wear or retained material. Clean both product and reject sides; flushing a connected pipe does not replace access to the screening assembly.
