Incoming material
Washed, inspected fruit suitable for the chosen preparation and pulp-recovery method.
Process endpoint
Screened puree with an agreed texture; treated bulk product or filled bags according to the selected downstream scope.
Capacity basis
Define incoming fruit in kg/h or t/h separately from recovered puree. Use an actual material balance for stones, skins, rejects and losses; do not equate the crusher reference with packaged output.

  1. 01

    Receive and clean

    Transfer fruit through the selected washing contact and inspection arrangement. Loading, drainage and rejected fruit have their own paths. An inclined elevator is an optional connection where washed fruit must reach a higher inlet; compatible machine levels do not require it.

  2. 02

    Prepare the flesh

    Select destoning, crushing or the appropriate preparation sequence for the fruit. These are alternatives or combined duties where justified; hard stones must not simply be fed through a general crusher.

  3. 03

    Recover and refine pulp

    The two-stage pulper separates the accepted pulp from coarse rejects and refines its character through the selected screen arrangement. Keep both reject outlets accessible.

  4. 04

    Collect and condition

    Collect pumpable puree and establish stable onward supply. Include vacuum deaeration where the product's entrained air and foam behavior support that step.

  5. 05

    Treat and pack

    Choose the validated product-treatment route and compatible bag-filling arrangement. A treated bulk-transfer endpoint is also a distinct supply boundary where packaging is provided elsewhere.

Connect the installed system

The layout joins discharge levels, hopper access, pump suction, product passages and reject removal. A puree with fibres or particles needs compatible pumps, valves and exchanger passages throughout the chosen route.

Supply boundary

The line scope identifies each supplied machine, connecting equipment and retained site asset. Fruit-specific preparation, thermal conditions, package fitment and acceptance criteria are established together; the process sequence here is an equipment-selection layout, not an installed customer plant.

Texture

Set the intended screened pulp character before choosing stage and screen combinations.

Process endpoint

Distinguish recovered puree, treated bulk puree and aseptically packed product.

Control and cleaning

Specify the product path, reject handling and cleanable circuits with the controls and CIP packages.
