Inside the working arrangement
The lower loading point presents fruit onto the moving belt. Transverse flights support the material as it travels uphill, and the upper drive brings the loaded belt to the discharge. At the head, fruit leaves the belt toward the receiving hopper or transfer chute; the return belt travels back along the frame.
Connections and material paths
Match the lower loading area to the preceding washer or conveyor, and align the upper discharge with the receiving inlet. Allow water carry-over to drain without entering drive or bearing locations. Provide an accessible route for rejected or spilled fruit at transfer points; neither trapped fruit nor collection containers should obstruct the belt return or guarded access.
Cleaning and maintenance access
Isolate and secure the drive before entering guarded areas or working at height. Inspect belt tracking and tension, flight condition, the upper drive and return-side accumulation. Keep guards fitted during operation and clean accessible belt and frame surfaces after isolation. Platform access and room for belt adjustment must remain usable after the next machine is installed.
