Inside the working arrangement
The bag fitment is positioned at the filling head for the selected opening, filling and closure sequence. Product is metered into the package while the defined contact zone is maintained. Container handling and the two filling positions organize the packaging cycle around the available product supply.
Connections and material paths
Coordinate the product line with the thermal skid and define behavior when neither head can receive product. Specify steam and other required services for the offered sterile-contact arrangement, plus container movement, drainage and service access. Product recovery and cleaning return need separate routing.
Cleaning and maintenance access
Inspect the head's product-contact components, fitment handling and sealing parts according to the selected configuration. Distinguish cleaning the product path from maintaining the head's required hygienic state. Keep container conveyors and operator access clear without entering moving mechanisms.
