Inside the working arrangement
Product enters a vessel operated under reduced pressure and is distributed to expose more liquid surface. Released gas travels to the vacuum system while deaerated product collects for onward pumping. The product inlet, liquid level and outlet pump need to work together to keep the vessel in its operating range.
Connections and material paths
Feed from a stable product source and coordinate outlet pumping with the vessel level. Keep the vacuum path separate from the product discharge. Thermal treatment downstream requires its own defined inlet condition; the deaerator does not set a safe thermal process.
Cleaning and maintenance access
Check vessel seals, sight points, product distribution parts and vacuum connections for fouling or leakage. Clean the actual wetted path and verify that trapped product drains. Vacuum equipment has its own service requirements and should remain accessible.
