Juice Thermal Processing and Bag Packing

A defined package for an already extracted, pumpable juice stream: buffering, optional deaeration, thermal treatment and bag filling.

Incoming material
Already extracted juice with its solids, temperature and any required prior clarification defined.
Process endpoint
Thermally treated juice delivered to the selected compatible bulk-bag filling system.
Capacity basis
Specify the actual juice flow in L/h, with temperature, solids and viscosity conditions. Packaging output also depends on bag size, head cycle and changeover; it is not the same unit as incoming whole-fruit throughput.

  1. 01

    Receive the juice stream

    Provide a controlled source and usable buffer volume. Identify product holding conditions and the transfer pump's actual suction and discharge duty.

    Manage entrained air

    Where needed, connect vacuum deaeration to the stable liquid supply. Product foaming and aroma behavior determine the configuration and whether this step belongs in the route.

    Apply the thermal process

    The thermal skid brings the defined stream through heating, holding and the required outlet condition. Process parameters come from product and package validation, not a generic family temperature range.

    Fill the compatible bag

    Match the treated product outlet to the bag fitment, filling-head arrangement and container support. Define the response when packaging cannot accept product.

Connect the installed system

The thermal skid and filler need a shared definition of ready, unavailable and cleaning states. Keep the diversion/recovery path and any permissible product hold explicit. Tank volume cannot substitute for validated handling during a prolonged packaging stop.

Supply boundary

This package starts with already extracted juice. Fruit washing, crushing and pressing are included only when added as the extraction scope. Optional filtration, blending or concentration is selected separately where the product requires it.

Juice condition

State whether the juice is clear, cloudy or contains a defined pulp fraction.

Bag and support

Select bag size, fitment and drum/box support as a compatible set.

Process ownership

Assign the product process, packaging boundary and release criteria within the accepted specification.

Product supply, an unavailable receiver and a cleaning route are different operating conditions. Connect them through defined hardware and controls.
