Define the puree texture
Start with the accepted pulp and retained-particle requirement. The two-stage pulper and screen combination refine a suitable prepared feed; fruit-specific preparation comes first.
Choose the preparation sequence
Destoning and crushing are separate duties. The correct sequence depends on stones, flesh condition and the chosen recovery method, rather than a fixed equipment list for every fruit.
Decide where supply ends
Recovered puree, treated bulk puree and filled bags are different endpoints. Select downstream equipment after the product and supply boundary are clear.
