Assess the fruit and mash
Apple or pear is an application to assess for the selected belt-press duty. Ripeness, preparation and mash behaviour influence drainage; no standard recovery yield is assumed.
Connect preparation to pressing
Choose a washing method suited to the fruit, resolve inspection and prepare mash for the press. Coordinate crusher discharge with feed distribution at the belt.
Define further processing separately
The extraction route ends at collected juice. Clarification, filtration, concentration, thermal treatment and packaging are separate selected scopes where needed.
