Site identity
fruitprocessingmachinery.com is the public site identity. Contact sales@fruitprocessingmachinery.com for enquiry and privacy requests. The contracting entity, manufacturer and integration responsibilities must be identified in a specific proposal; the domain is not presented as proof of a legal company or factory.
What an enquiry contains
The form sends contact information, selected project/module context and any optional equipment, constraint and target-output details to two verified business receiving addresses. These details are used to assess and respond to the requirement, not to subscribe you to marketing.
Hosting, verification and records
Cloudflare hosts the site and provides Turnstile, rate limiting and the receiving service. Verification and abuse checks use technical request/challenge information. Application analytics events include only the event and allowlisted source, not contact details or project text.
Duplicate-delivery protection
The receiving application stores a digest, reference, state and time for up to seven days. It does not persist the enquiry body in that record. Browser session storage keeps limited receipt metadata without personal fields. Email copies follow the receiving business’s retention practices; no fixed mailbox deletion period is claimed.
Your choices
Email the site if you prefer that route, or to request access, correction or deletion, subject to necessary business/legal records. Avoid confidential recipes, passwords, payment details and unrelated sensitive information. A service acceptance reference is distinct from final inbox delivery, engineering approval or a supply contract.
