Identify the treated stream
Give the liquid or puree, particle and fibre condition, inlet temperature and required flow basis. Product passages and pumps must suit this stream across the complete route.
Use a product-specific treatment duty
The published 72–150 °C and 15–120 s family ranges describe selectable configurations. They are not a recipe or proof of a particular product process.
Connect heating and cooling services
Specify available services, return conditions and installation constraints. The offered layout and process duty establish the utility requirements.
Define the downstream endpoint
Choose treated bulk transfer or a compatible filling arrangement. Product-route availability, cleaning transitions and an unavailable filler need an agreed operating scope.
