How to Select a Brush Roller Fruit Washer

Evaluate fruit skin, surface soil, water handling and discharge geometry before selecting a brush roller washer for a preparation line.

Check whether brushing suits the fruit

Describe fruit size, ripeness, skin sensitivity and the material to be removed. A produce sample is useful when brush contact could damage the fruit. The shown roller washer does not establish suitability for delicate berries.

Define the water path

Identify spray supply, debris collection and wastewater drainage. Any recirculation and filtration equipment needs its own scope; it is not implied by the presence of a spray manifold.

Match the transfer heights

Give the feed-conveyor discharge and next-machine inlet levels. Include service space beneath the bed and access to brush rollers and spray nozzles.

Send a useful washer enquiry

Include the fruit, expected incoming feed, washing objective and available water and drainage. A drawing can follow after the washing method has been selected.
