Observe the same production window

A filler waits while upstream machinery appears active. Compare accepted output, tank level, pump state and filler availability on one time axis before choosing a change.

Separate competing explanations

The supply may be intermittent, the transfer route unavailable or average recovery too low. A larger tank can bridge some short mismatches, but cannot replace missing average supply.

Make a testable change

Use the identified cause to define a buffer, transfer or control scope, then agree holding and acceptance checks. No capacity gain follows merely from this example.
