Pressing, pulping and finishing are different material-separation duties. Integration must define the wanted fraction, feed presentation and reject removal before assigning transfers or downstream rates.

Incoming material or information

Prepared fruit material with target retained and rejected fractions defined.

Required output

Recovered juice or pulp, plus a separately handled reject stream.

Two output paths

Keep product flow, rejects and possible recirculation distinct in the material balance. A blocked reject path can disrupt useful output.

Product condition

Record texture, entrained air, solids and temperature at the actual transfer point. These determine the downstream pump and passage review.

Cleaning and maintenance boundary

Review screens, clearances, retained solids and inspection access with the actual model. Cleaning and product recovery should be measured separately.

Utilities and installation

Drive services, cleaning connections, product/reject transfer and access space.
