Preliminary scope review, not a confirmed cause, a guaranteed output improvement or a validated operating sequence. Requirements are not PLC code. Actual engineering and process validation remain necessary.
Required evidence
- A common time window for accepted output, production stops and cleaning/changeover.
- Material stream, product condition and measurement units at every observed point.
- Current machine inventory, interface drawings and who owns each state or measurement.
Candidate review
- Establish a representative baseline before proposing a capacity change.
- Add only the observations needed to distinguish missing supply, blocked demand and unavailable equipment.
Acceptance boundary
- Agree what a representative run includes and which data can support a later change decision.
